I have taken broad band connection in the month of jjune08 with rs 750/- unlimited scheme from your office at kapurthala punjab .from last 20 days internet services have become from bad to worse and internet does not get connected for most of the time i have personally lodged complaint to sdo sh gandhi with mobile no as 09463700077 at kapurthaLA OFFICE BUT INSPITE OF HIS ASSURANCES NO ONE HAS COME TO ATTEND THE COMPLAINT

KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TRY TO GET IT RECTIFIED AT THE EARLIEST
