Ad response from bsnl exchange

My residence number is 0479-2339201. It is dead since last one week and complaint hs been registered twice in one week. Still it is not rectified.i am a govt employ in KERALAstate. When i complained to the BSNL office they give a conformation code, R420.but they cant take any acion, there is a bad response from th BSNL office. I complained in the date 10-11 onwards. My connection is under the BSNL exchange VALLIKUNNAM, Kerala.the main exchange is KAYAMKULAM..So immediate take an action as early possible.
