Unsubscribing phone backup

I want to unsubscribe my Phone Back up facility to my BSNL cellone connection bearing No-9437581183, but unable to do it.
Evenif after sending lot of sms the matter is not yet solved. Every month Rs.30/- is being deducted from my bill.
I have not used this facility.
