Shifting of Telephone Broadband Connection within the same circle (J.P.Nagar)

I have shifted my house from J.PNagar 6th Phase to J.P.Nagar 1st Phase and have filled an application form for shifting my existing BSNL Landline along with Broadband to that place. I have submitted my application on Nov 11 for which I have the receipt as well. But till date it has not been done and whenever I go there, they give the same old excuse. I talked to the Lineman as well but he also neglected and told it will be done in an hour but never came back.

I really donot know what to do? Also I have lost more than a month of Broadband connectivity because of this. Please help me in this if possible.
