I an a bsnl customer with mobile number 9410631148. I have subscribed for gprs on dec20, 08 by rs.197. But due to networks's technical reasons i were unable to use this service from jan.7 to jan.11.Due to this problem i have complained again and again (Complaints numbers A085529634 rekha 8jan 7.05am, A105555641 rakesh 9.23am 10jan A115570392 rahul 12.30pm 11jan Since this service is for 30 days, it is clear that i faced a loss of 5 days. But when i contacted customer care, they were refused to extend my service by 5 days. This is the case of cheat and fraud. Please do something.
