I had applied for a postpaid to prepaid conversion of the bsnl mobile that i was using. i was originally given a wrong sim card for the same, then only after i checked it was made known that the mapping of my old no. to the sim given could not be done. then i was asked to get a fresh sim card and was assured that the mapping would be done in 3 working days. after 10 days the same no. has been alloted to someone else. i have lost the number i have been having for more than 5 years and also wasted money on 2 sim cards and also wasted many hours of my precious time.
