BSNL back ground tune

I have BSNL life pre paid mobile no. 9437216456. Though I have several times requested to disconnect the back ground tune, the renewal charges are being deducted at regular intervals without any backgrounf music. No action is taken by the authority to rectify the problem. Kindly do the needful.
