Money deducted from balance in Mobile

I am using GPRS at my mobile no. 09412462598. I have loaded monthly card of GPRS free for 30 days but during the month when card was active Rs 110/- deducted from my balance. I have already lodged the complaint at cusomer care (9412024365) on 26-02 & they have given me complaint no. 266077334 & assure me to resolve within 324 hours but nothing happend so i again lodged the same complaint on 06-03 with complaint no. C-066134464 & again assure me to refund my money within 24 hours but no action taken from their side upto this date.
