NON WORKING OF TELEPHONE

The telephone no. 0120 2451576 installed at my house at A-178 SECTOR 31 NOIDA

has been working for maximum 2-3 days in the month as can be seen from

the last six months calls usage record. I have been paying rental and

all other charges as per bills but can not use the telephone because

it remains out of order.

Could you please look into the matter and advice as to when I can

expect the telephone to be working for full month. In case it is not

possible to provide me the continues working telephone I request you

to disconnect the said telephone and refund me the security amount at the earliest
