Shift in Telephone - Ahmedabad

I had lived on the following address:

1/17 Ashray Apartments

Judges bungalow Road

Ahmedabad

and had a phone no 26872609 for which i had applied for a transfer to

B 502 Samasta Apartment,

Panjrapole,

Vastrapur,

Ahmedabad.

I was told that it was TNF && however after an yeasr of wait I was told that my phone had been disconnected and the amount of Rs.1000 was paid back to me. I have neither got my shifted phone connection nor Rs.1000
