NON RECEIEPT OF SECURITY DEPOSIT -ON SURRENDER OF LANDLINE PHONE

I got my phone no -95120 - 2631544 disconnected in Feb but after visiting the area office at the local Telephone Exchange with the SDO and writing letters to the BSNL authorities I am still waiting for the Refund of my Security Deposited paid by me at the time of getting New Telephone landline connection. I am a retired army personal. At last I am writing thru you and putting a few line about the same.

Request you to pls help me in getting my refund at the eariest.
