Emove the caller tune and unwanted sms immediately

My cell no is 9415479814, i am from uttar pradesh

without asking me i was given a caller tune, whcih i want to get it removed now it self,

i tried them, telephoned them many times to remove it, i spent a lot in vain, if we call for help to reove caller tune, they will ask to press i, 2, 3 and goes on, ispite of wasting money i could not get rid of blady caller tune, take care of your customers, instead of grabbing their money like this

pl remove the caller tune immediately
