BSNL GPRS ACTIVATION

Dear Sir / Mam,

I am a bsnl mobile user of kolkata region (09477104430) and activated the one month pack of bsnl gprs on 19th of may. During the same night my balance came down from Rs 50 so my gprs was deactivated, for that i called up the customer care and recaharged my balance to become more than Rs. 50 and sent the gprs activation message (GPRS E) to 53733 but till now my gprs is not activated and i am continuously getting the same response from the customer care that i have to wait for some time. Its 21st and I launched a complaint id - 3676790 but two days are gone and no reply from the service provider. Please help me out as my penny is wasted.
