Landphone dead

Our landline telephone (0820 2542862) is dead since 19 May. This connection is in the name of Gopalakrishna Nayak, Padma Nilaya, Puttige. Post Hiriadaka, Udupi - 576113. We have already given complaint twice. but till now no action has been taken.

we never expected such a poor service from BSNL personnel. i have already paid the rent of one year in advance. i hope u will take immediate action on my request. Or else i am ready to disconnect the landphone if you are ready to refund my advance.
