Telephone dead since two months

My self Jagdamba prasad residing in C-443, Brij vihar Ghaziabad my telephone no 2628466 has been not working since last two months. I have complaint so many times and personally meet to SDO at Shadhara border but no action taken. As per SDO on 07-06-09 number has been changed and with new number 2641466 and it will activate with one or two days.
