Delay in telephone line shifting

I had submitted my application for BSNL telephone line in the same RAM NAGAR (Chennai North) telephone Exchange. Telephone NO :044 26582345 with Broadband connection.

Till today they have not connected & the reason the tell is non avialablity of Cable.

Can the concerned do the needful.
