Telephone connection

Sir,

My telephone connection Phone No.272754 & 278828 are dead since last 3 month, this can be verified from the record of the complaints made, I am sorry to say that for repairing it your deparment persons are demanding Bribe, I have reported the matter to Sri M.s Sharma At Roorkee, But inspite of his instructions the phone is dead. I was forced to purchase a private company WLL, & is also considering to surrender my no. if such service is been given by the BSNL Dept.
