I am having broadband plan 250 with telephone no.079-25896306.

From last 6 months, my landline connection is dead and even though on my several complaints about this i m not getting any kind of reply from Vatva Tele Exchange. My Broadband is not working from last 6 months and then also i m getting bills of broadband as rent of using it though i have not used it as my landline connection is dead.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and kindly cancelled my bills.please
