Refund of deposit amount

Refund of deposit Amount related to Ph No:230943 surrendered on

19/04.So far i have not received refund of Rs 720/- Deposited

under above phone. Two and half Years elapsed and have contacted

several times personally and also written letter to Accounts Officer

(TRA) Officer of GMT BSNL Bellary on 17/06 recently by courier.

So for nothing is heard from them regarding refund of the amount.

Pls let me know the reason facing for non-refund of above amount.

Pls treate this as a complaint and yous response is awaited.

I dont want to make expenses in respect of postal communication

since the deposit amount is very less. Too much time is taken for this

least amount and no action is taken, so your attention is drawnfor.
