Telephone Dead

My telephone 24244767 with BB connection is dead from 23.08.2009 till date. I doceted the complain on 23-08, Docket No 9759. My telephone line including BB is not restored till 28.08. But Billing of both Landline and Boardband is going on without interruption.

I have personally talked and submitted my complain to DE (Internal), Jadavpur Exchange. But it seems they have no time to look into the matter. FYI, I have also logged in complain at 1500, 198, 2424-2198.
