Security refund

Hi,

I am from Modinagar - 01232 - 223946, I have handed-over my instrument 03-June-09 and all the necessery document to BSNL Govindpuri office Modinagar.

I have got a cheque of worth Rs. 739 with cheque no. 447276, it was a PNB cheque.

I have given Rs 3000 as a security at the time of connection & submitted back at the time of handed over on 03-June-09.

Problem detail -- I didnt get my full amount of security at the time of handed over my connection and instrument. Plz provide me the breakup of my Rs 3000 security, as i got only Rs739.
