Telephone not working

From the last 10 days my telephone not working. I filed the complaint on 198 two times 1st on 25-26 August & 2nd on 3rd September. This not the 1st time that this is happened, since i take the connection every month telephone get dead and i ran to concerened dept. This is very irritating. Pls do the needful so that this not happened again and again and pls inform me.
