Unsubscribing BSNL tune (56700)

My mobile no. is 919453779646. Few months back, a caller tune had been activated in my number although I have not asked for the same. After every 30 days, they are deducting Rs30/- without taking my coonsent. Its really not fare with the customer. It will give a negative impact over BSNL image. Pl. do the needful to unscribe this service for my cell phone.
