Activation of caller tune without my permission

I am an engineering student & my mobile no. is 9450681801 & they have downloaded caller tune on my phone without my permission on the occasion of independence day saying that the tune is given free of cost for that day & later on for this month they have even deduce rs. 60 from my balance account against it. The same thing happened with few of my friends also. So kindly help me in this matter & please get me the money deduced back as it is very inconvenient for me. Thanking you
