Y MD-USMS sms lost mone to Call that ph. no

I received a message from a sender MD-USMS@ in my number 09495818271 stating that i have won $2500, acsh winner prize and call in 0043820899532 to claim the money. I have call today, but i don't get currect answer lost RS.100 . So I want to know what is this all about that sms, otherwise i will take legal procedings to bsnl.
