Improper function

This is to complain very strongly about the land phone : 0490 2361 332 in Kerala, Cannanore Tel circle.

The land line is malfunctioning since 6 months and more and so many complaints has been registered through ur auto complaint system over the tel. Instead of getting better services, it is going verst now...!!!

many times, the help desk team used to call & inform that, they will send some the line man & it never happend for the lat 5 months.

The problem: very low / feeble volume & some times, nothing is heard!!!

so, can u pl look in to the matter as we tried call from outside India & many occassions we had to disconnect!!!

expecting some escalation from the higher ups here
