Money deducted online form SBI account, but BSNL site showed me error message

BSNL stole my money with out my prior knowledge, I tried to make ITC card payment online, Registered myself gave all online details then at last I tried to make payment, but system didn't responed to my payment and showed me error message stating clearly that no amount is taken from my bank i would request the concerned department to call me now.
