I did submitted the application to shift on 24th October. But our intelligent BSNL people disconnected the connection on 19th october itself. Now nobody knows the status of the connection, whether is it already shifted or not. I tried calling to the so called customer care no 25421100. There is no response at all.

I think BSNL is the only service provide in the entire world for not being customer friendly. In spite of this being government agency it is enjoying with lot of customer base. I think everybody should go out of BSNL servcie. Only then these people will learn some lesson.

If anything can be done for this issue please do it. Or else i am moving to some other private connection. It is OK to pay more if the service is good.
