Telephone line not clear-reg

Telephone no 22552540 I am a central govt employee and i had given complaint to the AEE IBRAHIM that the telephone line is not clear and too much sound is emitting from the instrument However no action taken to rectify the same Till date. Ever at the level of DGM south no proper response is found. Display instruments are to be supplied as per press release but the AEE says no phone supply and replacement is by old instrument. Needy action is to be taken.
