Not able to use bsnl gprs

Sir,

Though I have recharged Rs.175 voucher for unlimited gprs on 6th Nov I could not be able to use it for last few days. Is this not a kind of cheating? As I had recharged but not being provided that service.

Please do the necessary as soon as possible.
