Negeligancy of A.O.T.R. Office

I am the consumer of your company, My phone number is 01202850011 . My Current plan is HOME 500C, if you want you can see in Ghaziabad telecom record Which was signed by the JTO Mr. Tyagi of patel Nagar exchange but I am receiving the different plan bill, last month I went to AOTR to correct the bill they said to me Its not necessary the next bill will be generated correctly, but the current bill is also wrong, I went to the AOTR office two times but they are not doing correct my bill. According to my plan (HOME 500 C) Plan. My right to make 175 calls and 1.5 GB for internet free. I request you to order the concerning officer to correct the bill and Correct the plan in companies record. I Have deposited of my first bill already. I will be highly thankful to you ….
