My land line number is not working from last few days:

My land line number is not working from last three day's, I have intimated many times to fix the permanent solution. I haven’t received root cause of why we are facing the frequent problems. Please treat this as priority and send me the response as soon as possible.

Last time, I have observed that they are fixing this problem from exchange it self. I do not understand what they are doing in the telephone exchange.

Every time, I need to send the complaint and then I am escalating to Babji, then problem is resolving.. This is the eight time to give complaint on the same number within 3 months span.

This time I am requesting to call to 90003999971 once the problem is fixed. Also I am requesting to monitor for one week and close based on the customer feedback.

Please find my land line details and resolve the issue as early as possible.
