Telephone not shifted over 10 months

I shifted from quarter nO.C 217 A.G. staff quarters, . Erragadda to Plot No.47, Sri Ram Nagar colony, Hydershakote, hyderabad 500 008 in July. I contacted the CRO /Erragadda telephone exchange on 3.7.2007 to shift my telephone No.23815462 to my new residential address. I contacted many a time, the officers at Hydershakote telephone exchange to arrange shifting of my telephone immediately. I was informed that there was shortage of cable to shift my phone. Many a time i visited the exchange and requested the officials to do the work at once. Though 10 months have elapsed the phone has not yet been shifted so far. To my amusement i find the BSNL is sanctioning on the spot telephone connection in Hydershakote recently. I wonder the way the existing customers are treated, causing lot of inconvenience. I therefore request the top authorities of BSNL to look into the matter and arrange to shift my phone immediately or else take action to refund my deposit forthwith.
