Oaming problem

Roaming facility is getting affected in my mobile since last two months. I have prepaid BSNL service and two times I visited delhi in last 2 months and both time I was not able to call anybody from there. When I contacted at 09400024365, they replied that everything is OK. many times I made complaint but of no use. This time again I am visiting delhi and I am hoping that BSNL will take notice of this compalint.
