Broadband Usage not shown

The site of bsnl portal i.e http://bbservice.bsnl.in when logged in does not show the broadband usage of August month. It simply says no records found. How can we trust the bsnl and after doing late they might even change the data usage, whch may lead to tremendous amount of bills.

Pls. this has to be corrected soon.
