Problem in modem broadband connection

My broadband is not working since installation.i have made several complaints but the problem has not been rectified yet inspite of repeated reminders.now month end is about to reach for which i could not use the allotted bites .pls note that i m not to be charged the monthly rent failing which i will move to the consumer forum for redressal of my grievances at the cot, risk and responsibility of the erring personnel which may pls be noted.pls attend the complaint with out any further reminders.
