Transferred Delayed

I have transferred my address from Chandra Layout to S.G. Palya, Koramangala, last month but till date they have not done it. They are giving numerous chain of numbers to contact, but whom ever I will contact they are saying they they don't know what to do and some other silly excuses. I am totally fed up of their service. My number was 080-23216235.
