Telephone mistake from last 1 month

Sir i have a bsnl landline phone of bsnl which dead from last 1 month many complaint note in balotra (dist. barmer) in rajasthan and bsnl office in not repairing to phone . th TDM bsnl barmer aslo not looking the problem complaint noted on 17.10.08 on bsnl tollfree no. 1500 complaint no. 5332579 and 528 on 198 no. dt. 22.10.08 plase help me. My no. in (2988) 226832 i have a processing house 100% local job and i am surrefiing big loss due to no connetion. And local JTO MR. V K MATHUR AND V K GAUR AND TDM OFFICE BARMER not giving me any answer. plase forward the complaint top level officers of bsnl urgent
