An amout of Rs 50- has been deducted from mobile no -- 9470569079 on my demand and registering my demand by calling at 56700 and doing all related activities successfully by me, but the song --zara sa (jannat) (Hindi song) has not been loaded on my above mobile prepaid phone so for. I have tried so may times to cotact at customer care number 9400024365 they give me diffrent sugeestion & giving code aiso but caller tune yet not fixed in my number or there is no response from ur side just i have to say u hv poor customer care & ur service is very poor.
