Bsnl caller tunes
56799 call is not working

On BSNL customer care or bsnl site 56799 is the number told to chose desired song, but as soon as I call the number the call disconnects automatically and charge is deducted from my balance. I tried other ways mentioned but all of them just ate my money. I lost around 100 Rs this way. when I tried to lodge a complaint against this in customer care, the customer care representative told me that they dont have any complaint lodging system and they can not file any complaint. I do not know how but I want some strong action to be taken on this carelessness of BSNL.
