Egarding Activation of ACT 9 Plane

I sent the massage of ACT 9 on 7th April at 6:03PM . but i am unable to get this service which is provided by the bsnl. i called many times to customer care officers to intimate regarding this problem.each time they said there are some technical problems. 7 to 21 of april, during this time of span i hava lodged the 20 to 25 comlaints to costomer care office by calling them. each time they assuared me that they will solve my problem in next 24 howers. please take some action to remeve my problem as soon as possoble.
