BSNL Cellone
Not working network support applications

I have a Nokia 5130 xpressmusic mobile. BSNL Cellone (Kerala State) is my service provider. I activated GPRS. I am browsing Internet. But Some applications are not working in my mobile, that need network support. BSNL Cellone is not giving those settings. Other telecom companies are giving those settings.
