Not working network support applications

I have a Nokia 5130 xpressmusic mobile. BSNL Cellone (Kerala State) is my service provider. I activated GPRS. I am browsing Internet. But Some applications are not working in my mobile, that need network support. BSNL Cellone is not giving those settings. Other telecom companies are giving those settings. Please give me that settings or solve my problem. My Contact number is 919495056563
