Pathetic services of cellone

I have a post paid cellone number # 9427109511 since last two years. The services of cellone is the worst compared to other service providers. Despite operating in a "megacity", BSNL- Gujarat doesn't even have the remotest idea of what customer service is. They are unable to provide even basic network connectivity. Call drop rate is very high, unsatisfactory replies are given by the call centers. Confronted by un-kempt, rude employees at the so called customer care centers, one has no recourse to redressal of grievances. But, we do laud their promptness for sending the bills on time. The funniest part is that BSNL goes-on rolling out all kinds of services and populist schemes without having basic infrastrucure in place, just to be in the race with the private players. And they call themselves "The largest telecom provider of the country", just because they have been fooling the helpless/ gullible citizens of our hitherto socialist country for donkeys years. At times one suspects that they are deliberately playing into the private players' hands by doling out deplorable services so as to be gobbled up by the unscruplous telecom czars. The least they can do is to provide an appropriate redressal forum. Consumer court etc is too lengthy a process. May BSNL rest in peace, AMEN.
