FORCED CHARGING OF CALLER TUNE

I have a cell one mobile no. 9415942277. However despite my repeated complaint to the customer care jhansi & Agra. My caller tune service are being charged for last the 03 month while i have never consented for this. I have sent messages on 56700 for numbers of times but it says "YOUR REQUEST IS ALREADY PENDING". Neither I am being given facility discontinue or continue this facility for the last three month. On personel contact with BSNL customer care office at Jhansi & Sanjay Place Agra they have provided no. 05102371600, 05622226442 respectively but these two phones are not working. One Mr. malkeet Singh having mobile no. 9412275566 at customer care Agra has taken my complaint for the needful and further suggested to different higher officials no. 9415000510, 9415000511 but none could redress my complaint till date. Kindly bring this fact to your senior officials who ever is compitant for this redressal and advice accordingly to me.
