Password not working

I have broadband connection of BSNL.My telephone number is 06274225279. My problem is that without using the broadband connection much, I was sent abnormal amount of bills in two cnsecutive months by the BSNL office, Samastipur, Bihar. I was shocked to see that. So I decided to change the password of my userID keeping in mind any possibility of leakage of password. But when I tried to login using my old password, I got the message that it is the incorrect username/password. I tried again and again but failed. Before this I also tried to lock my phone dynamically but I failed to do so that also by the suggested procedure. When I contacted the local BSNL office, I did not get satisfactory results. My userID is sweta_prasad and my password is "password" as per record issued by the local BSNL Office.

I, therefore request you to kindly pay attention regarding my problems as soon as possible as I have already suffered a lot. I will be very thankful to you for this.
