Faulty connection

I have a broadband (BSNL) connection in the number 033-25647671.

the connection has problem everyday. Sometimes LINK is not present. When linkis present, I got speed lower than Dial-Up connection. Sometimes it shows error.

They have not given any kind of concession in my bill, but they told me that I can get concession.

I not only complained but also told them on phone or personally many many times but nobody has done nothing.

So after being disgusted I am trying my last option i.e. complaining here.

so please help me, so that I can use my internet properly.
