Oadband connecting problem

Hai

iam using broad band services since one and half year...

recently iam getting regurally problem in connecting and its not connecting to my labtop.

iam given a complient one week back..to broad band complient no 08057.12.45pm.dated on 18-9-08

then they are given 3 or 4 numbers to contact... but no onehas taking any response finally i talked to

JTO... mr .salim... he said he will send a person but till today no one has came to me...
