Bsnl - forcing me to pay excess amount

Sir,

I am from chennai, having BSNL land line, I requested for plan change from combo 500 to voice paln Rs.300 and least broadband for Rs.250/-, this request i given on 02/12, but due to neglence from BSNL department they alloted combo 500, and voice 300/- with game on demand Rs.200/- monthly,

without my knowledge all thos things got happend, i approached gunidy bsnl officer jto, she agreed and refuesed to help me to solve this issue, because of mistake done by BSNL personnel. if the problem is not solved i am going to take this issue at juridisation level.
