Sir, I am from chennai, having BSNL land line, I requested for plan change from combo 500 to voice paln Rs.300 and least broadband for Rs.250/-, this request i given on 02/12, but due to neglence from BSNL department they alloted combo 500, and voice 300/- with game on demand Rs.200/- monthly, ...
